Update from Administrator – February 4, 2021
Good afternoon,
As always, I hope this weekly email finds all of you healthy and doing well.
Covid Update
This week’s Covid update is as follows: There are three residents on the Covid Positive Unit and four residents on the fourteen day Observation Unit.
There are no staff who have tested positive this week. All staff, who had tested positive in the last two-three weeks and have quarantined at home, have returned to work.
Visits:
We have begun to arrange time slots for Window Visits. Lynn will discuss the process on tomorrow’s call. The front lobby windows will be used as visitation locations. Snow will be removed from the grass so the windows can be accessed safely by family members.
The staff continue to reach out to family members regarding Compassionate Care and End of Life Visits for residents who have had changes of condition. The final decision is always in the hands of the family as to whether or not they will participate in a visit.

We all look forward to the day when indoor visits can resume.
