Update from Administrator – November 17, 2021

Dear Family Members and Responsible Parties,

Please be advised that the residents and staff who were tested have all tested negative.

Based on the guidance received from the State Epidemiologist, family and friends can now visit indoors and outdoors at this time.

Masks are still required in all health care facilities.  When entering the building please put your mask on and keep your mask on while visiting and walking through the facility.

The screening process that has occurred at the front desk for over the last year, is still required for the safety of our residents and staff, as well as all visitors. We ask that you please take your temperature and answer the screening questions.

If you do not feel well, please consider a Virtual Visit rather than an in person visit to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Hand sanitizer is available upon entering the building and leaving the building.

Thank you for your continued support.  Please know it is appreciated.

Sincerely,|
Linda A. Urbanski, Ph.D., Administrator
